Dr Paul Hole

Research Associate, Institute of Cancer & Genetics

My main research interest is in understanding the roles of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in normal blood cells and in acute myeloid leukaemia. Specifically, I am interested in understanding how ROS regulate cell proliferation and survival, and how these processes are altered in acute myeloid leukaemia, with a particular focus on the p38MAPK stress signalling pathway.
